A short-stay visa (visa C) is an authorization for entry into the Republic of Serbia, transit through the territory of the Republic of Serbia or stay on the territory of the Republic of Serbia for up to 90 days in any 180-day period, counting from the date of first entry.

The visa fee for C is 90 euros (payment will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD) at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia). Passport holders of China, Armenia, Mali and Syria are exempt from paying the visa fee, based on bilateral agreements.

A long-stay visa (visa D) is an authorization for entry and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia for a period of 90 to 180 days.

The visa D fee is 50 euros (payment will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD) at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia). Passport holders of China, Armenia, Mali and Syria are exempt from paying the visa fee, based on bilateral agreements.

The Republic of Serbia has introduced the possibility of applying for an electronic short-stay visa (eVisa C) for citizens of certain countries.

The application is submitted online through the Portal for Foreigners, without the need for the foreigner to personally visit the diplomatic or consular mission.

Holders of a PRC – Taiwan passport can submit an application for a short-stay visa (visa C) in person at the competent diplomatic and consular mission or via the portal https://welcometoserbia.gov.rs .

If the application for a short-stay visa (visa C) is submitted in person, the visa is issued on the same day, and if it is submitted electronically, it is necessary to schedule an appointment at the competent diplomatic and consular mission of the Republic of Serbia to collect the visa.

After your visa application has been approved, you need to contact the diplomatic or consular mission of the Republic of Serbia through which you submitted your application, in order to arrange the method of delivering your travel document for the purpose of affixing the visa sticker.
